About the project

Created for the Elevate Atlanta arts events. Portraits of passersby, photographed in a makeshift studio set up on a downtown street corner, were combined with a collage of downtown Atlanta imagery, printed on banner material and hung in vacant storefronts and other locations throughout downtown Atlanta, including the windows of Georgia State University. The work is now in the permanent collection of the Mayor's office.
